Far Out of Left Field

Hey there sports fans, Al here with the latest:

As I sit at my drafting table working on things (mostly Richard Parker, very occasionally an idea is sparked like a newborn sun emerging from a stellar nursery. So one of the more crazy ideas I came up during this short time why I was riding my bike to work or whatever was like I’ve always wanted to do a story that took a combination of the movie Planet of the Vampires from 1965 or 64 and mix it in with the film called Lifeforce from 1985 but I was always trying to figure out a good way of doing it and I realized that if I mixed the concept of a Space Jesus a story might actually be a really fun idea. With a little bit of Egyptian mythology added just a bit and way-la!

Other minor movie additions would be John Carpenter’s The Thing or Carpenter’s movie Prince of Darkness. Just for a tidbit adding to the dread of an unknowable evil. The ever-changing monster with a single goal after crashing on a planet of humanoids. Eventually, this corruptible force realizes that it can garner power through nefarious means. Absorption of physical being- that's all.

The remaining issue is the hero.

And since I was talking vampires I was thinking of the character of Glaeken played by Scott Glenn as he fought Molasar from the movie the Keep.

Where does this all come from, what is his name? Why is there light coming from him? Higher Dimensions is where he originated from is the why he looks angelic.

The Savior -the Space Jesus if you will- has got a form somewhat similar to the Vorlons out of Babylon 5. His encounter suit keeps his true facade a mystery. Where others are concerned but he emanates light as he goes. He also transports himself along with what is called a "chariot cycle" or cosmic cycle something similar to like the time bike out of Barry Windsor Smith’s Paradox Man.

The savor is a survivor of planetary destruction and follows the Destroyer of Worlds to the 3rd dimension.

Quantum Mindset.

Or just a lot whiskey.

Just crazy stuff on the mental mixer.
